Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook or in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus—but we’re open to training passionate individuals.
- A love for cooking and a dedication to high-quality food and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations .
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail .
- Team player mentality —our kitchen thrives on communication and collaboration.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes quickly and consistently , following our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a well-organized kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and ensure a clean work environment.
- Work closely with fellow cooks and servers to keep service smooth and efficient.
- Have a great idea for a new special? We love creativity and welcome input on seasonal dishes and menu enhancements.
- Monitor inventory, assist with orders, and help minimize waste while keeping quality high.
- Be flexible in the kitchen, stepping into different stations as needed and learning new skills along the way.
