Requirements

  • Proven cooking experience in a restaurant environment (Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role)
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-energy environment
  • A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine love for food
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock your station with fresh ingredients and supplies before each shift
  • Prepare food items according to recipes and chef’s specifications — from sauces and sides to beautifully plated entrees
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently, consistently, and with outstanding quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your station and the kitchen
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and nutritional guidelines at all times
  • Take initiative in restocking and inventory management
  • Work with pride, passion, and professionalism — because every guest deserves our best
