The Line Cook prepares and cooks food, maintains cleanliness, and ensures compliance with food safety regulations. Even though you may not contact guests directly, your responsibilities are critical to the Care's success. At the Key West Cooking School, you will be considered and all-around culinary employee and will learn the following positions: Prep Cook, Line Cook, Receiver, and Inside/Outside Expo.
