• 1 year of Institutional or Fast Food preparations
• 3 year servsafe certificate within 90 days

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Institutional or Fast Food preparations
• 5-year ServSafe Certification or Equivalent food protection manger certification
• N/A
