Requirements
- Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- Previous Line Cook experience; 1+ years preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Food safety knowledge required.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
- Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
- Execute tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service.
