About The Position

Northampton Country Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join its back of house team. We are a medium sized Club that operates six (6) days a week in our regular dining facilities year-round. We offer upscale, banquet, casual, and grab-and-go style dining at our dining facilities across the Club. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe Certification is Preferred
  • Prior Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all required items for service
  • Set up service units with needed items
  • Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
  • Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages
  • Ensures assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary
  • Sets up, maintains and breaks down assigned station
  • Requisitions items needed to produce menu items
  • Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
  • Assists with other duties as instructed by the Sous Chef
