Requirements

• Experience in a professional kitchen (hot side experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all hot-side menu items with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Support prep tasks and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready for service
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team while enjoying the independence to run your station confidently
