Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and basic food safety / sanitation regulations.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Required food certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items following recipes and guidelines.
- Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment for smooth service.
- Maintain consistent taste and presentation of dishes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure coordination during busy times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
