Requirements

  • A strong Team Player

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards

Nice To Haves

  • Back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation
  • Perform cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
