We are a family-owned and operated business that he been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection. Shifts are generally 9-5, 11-7, or 12:30-8:30. We are open from 9 am to 8 pm (9 pm Thurs, Fri, Sat) Pooled tips in addition to hourly after 90 day probationary period. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Line Cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. Prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market, including sit-down, catering, and retail a la carte prepared food sales. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (i.e. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Serv Safe Certification preferred. Full Time available. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance available to full-time employees after 90 day probate period. 401k (4% matching) available to all employees after 6 months. Answer, report and follow the Kitchen Managers instructions.
