Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to food quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Food handler's certification preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute a wide range of dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timings, and quality control.
Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain our high culinary standards.
Assist with ingredient preparation, including cutting, chopping, and measuring.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Contribute to menu development and innovation through creative ideas and experimentation.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
