Line Cook Part-Time (Seasonal)

About The Position

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and guest requests. You’ll maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This is a seasonal position that runs from May through mid to late September.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with heat, noise, and secondhand smoke
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary education or 3+ years of cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and knife skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals according to standard recipes
  • Manage cold and hot stations efficiently
  • Assist in food prep, decoration, and storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and reset workstations after service
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and departmental standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs or issues
  • Participate in briefings and stay informed on promotions and events
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
