About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and works well as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during high-volume service
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
