About The Position

Introduction: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at TeeBox Indoor Golf Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces. Cook and plate dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of workstations, dishes, and utensils. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen leadership team. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic math skills for portioning and recipe adjustments.
