About The Position

This is a Seasonal Position for our 2026 Race Season from May through September
We're seeking a talented seasonal line cook to help craft mouthwatering dishes in a fast-paced kitchen! If you're passionate about cooking and ready to be part of a dynamic team, apply now and bring your skills to the table!

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience as a cook or cook’s apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred.
• We will train on the job!

Responsibilities

• Cooks are responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
• Cooks follow all recipes and control procedures.
• Cooks assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Cooks are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.
