Requirements

• 1+ year of line cook experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• A solid understanding of food safety standards
• The ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
• A team-first mindset with clear, professional communication
• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
• Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and overall quality
• Set up and fully stock your assigned station before service
• Execute tickets efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
• Monitor cook times and ticket flow to keep service running smoothly
• Ensure proper food holding temperatures and full food safety compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized station throughout your shift and complete thorough breakdown at close
• Communicate inventory or prep needs to the Kitchen Manager
• Collaborate closely with Expo and Front of House to ensure seamless service
