About The Position

We’re hiring line cooks and food service professionals in a fantastic work environment at the Army’s flightline dining facility on Fort Drum. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a line cook or other restaurant cooking.
  • Experience in preparing meals for large groups such as in a college or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (Serve Safe Certified is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a structured team-based environment.

Responsibilities
