Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a culinary or food service role
Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and familiarity with all line positions
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Resume must include recent work history relevant to the position

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, maintain, and break down assigned workstation in accordance with performance standards
Prepare food items and meals by accurately following recipes, instructions, and guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and cared for
Comply with all state and local health and food safety regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall kitchen operations
Primarily work 2:00 pm to close shift (typically 10 PM)
