Requirements

Kitchen experience preferably in a full service, high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and knife skills
Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Must be 18 years of age, able to lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand/move about the kitchen for the duration of the shift

Responsibilities

Prepping, cooking, and plating menu items to meet our high standards
Ensuring timely and accurate food delivery in a fast-paced setting
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety protocols
Operating kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and service team to ensure smooth service
