Line Cook – $16–$18/hr (FT, PT & Shift Leads)

We’re hiring dependable Line Cooks for full-time, part-time, and Shift Lead roles. Our cooks work all stations (grill, fryer, prep, expo) and are expected to maintain quality and speed during peak service hours. This is a fast-paced kitchen environment. Reliability and consistency are critical.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat during peak service hours
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred for Shift Lead roles
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work all stations as needed (grill, fryer, prep, expo)
- Maintain ticket times during peak service
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and daily prep
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Support smooth, efficient service during high-volume shifts
