Requirements

Able to tolerate long periods of time working on foot/standing up.
Able to periodically lift and move objects up to 50 pounds in preparation for food service.
Able to work in a kitchen environment that may result in exposure to heat or cold.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the executive chef, sous chef, and food prep team to ensure we are serving food that meets bartaco’s standards for quality.
Cook meals during pre-opening, lunch, and/or dinner rush hours.
Follow recipes with high attention to detail.
Always apply our food safety standards.
Communicate with fellow team members.
Restaurant cleanliness; keeping the kitchen and your workstation in our restaurants looking fantastic.
Help create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
Other food service duties as assigned.
