Requirements

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’ll train the right island spirit)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
A passion for food and a love for creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Margaritaville recipes and standards
Keep your station stocked, clean, and running smoother than a frozen margarita
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality dishes
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines (paradise should always be clean)
Assist with prep work, plating, and special menu items as needed
Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift—even during the rush
