Responsible for fast execution of food and menu items as deem fit by Executive Chef. Working alongside your coworkers to reach all your goals as one team.

Requirements

  • Food preparation
  • Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection (NYC Food Handlers)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food, sauces and garnishes for service. Including tasks such as chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and preparing sauce
  • Ensure timely preparation of all food items for service
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of their station throughout preparation and service
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and being able to put out quality food while keeping your composer
