Requirements

Previous Line Cook experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
Familiarity with safe food handling practices and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to order
Grill, sauté, broil, and fry foods to perfection
Assist with daily prep for grab-and-go selections, salad bar, and catering
Help plan, prepare, and execute special events and catering (occasional evenings/weekends)
Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times
Follow recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy and consistency
Support closing duties and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Clean and service kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, slicers, etc.)
Train and mentor other team members as needed
Ensure every dish reflects the care, quality, and standards of Melaleuca and our Executive Chef
