Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks with fast-paced, high-volume experience to join our culinary team for the 24-25 winter season. Requirements

• Experienced: At least 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Flexible and Reliable : Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required, including holidays.
• Energetic and Motivational : Bring enthusiasm to the kitchen and inspire those around you.
• Multitasking Pro: Efficient, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple duties at once.
• Problem-Solver: Show initiative, make decisions, and adapt to changing situations with ease.

Responsibilities

• Craft Delicious Dishes : Prepare food with precision using pre-described cooking methods and recipes, ensuring every dish is a hit.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Follow proper food temperature, weight, and portion guidelines for consistent results.
• Stay Clean and Safe: Keep kitchen and storeroom areas organized and spotless while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate Respectfully : Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
• Support Resort Operations : Step up to assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
• Satisfy Guests: Deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more.
