About The Position
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by carefully crafting each plate in accordance with recipes and orders. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and team work skills. - Previous experience required
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of classic techniques

- Comfortable with both prep and line service duties
Responsibilities
- Ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare dishes according to customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow prep lists accurately
- Work efficiently during service while communicating clearly with the team.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and closing duties
