Requirements

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and follow measurements/complete conversions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
One Year of A-La-Carte Line Cook experience required
Ability to interpret standardized recipes, instructions, specifications and standards.

Nice To Haves

One Year of Line Cook experience in a fine-dining setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares ingredients for entrees, sets up workstation, and cooks menu items according to the guest specification- while also meeting health/safety guidelines.
Prepares and serves various foods in assigned work situations including pantry, sauces, poultry, fish, and meat items.
Able to comfortably cook on various stations including fry, sauté, grill, and oven.
