About The Position
Alternate Ending Beer Co is a brewpub that serves sourdough pan pizza and other high quality pub food made with seasonal ingredients. The successful candidate will have a hands-on work ethic, energy, passion, creativity, and the desire to learn, grow and contribute. This position can be both part-time or full-time. Requirements
- Great attitude, team mentality
- Love of food and hospitality
- 1+ years in the BOH preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to read and follow a recipe
- Lifting 50+ lbs, standing, navigating stairs, working in a kitchen with gluten and other allergens
- Reading and adhering to cleaning and safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Work with team to create specials and specialty items
- Work holidays, weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
- Being a team player, helping other departments with prep work, cleaning, etc...
- Attending meetings, trainings, and focusing on continuing education
