Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a line cook preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Holiday Inn standards and recipes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
