About The Position

We are hiring a Hotel Lead Cook Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to Overstory’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all plates
  • Coordinate ticket flow and manage timing to ensure smooth service
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep cooks
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (in compliance with local health regulations)
  • Step in as needed on any station to support the team
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and kitchen improvements
