About The Position

We are hiring a Hotel Lead Cook Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to Overstory’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all plates
Coordinate ticket flow and manage timing to ensure smooth service
Train and mentor line cooks and prep cooks
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (in compliance with local health regulations)
Step in as needed on any station to support the team
Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and kitchen improvements
