We’re thrilled to be opening our newest location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re starting to build the kitchen team that will bring Bamboo Sushi to life in Central Oregon. As a Line Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll be immersed in a kitchen where Japanese-inspired techniques meet global flavors. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, sharpen your knife skills, learn the art of sushi, and help create beautifully crafted dishes that reflect our values and standards.
