Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to RPM Raceway standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
