The Line Cook works efficiently, safely, and quickly producing a high quality product and ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required. Prepares quality food according to standardized recipes. Maintains a clean, safe facility that fall in line with local Health Department Regulations. Adheres to portions and preparation guidelines for cost effectiveness. Reviews and adheres to schedule. Takes care of guests needs and food orders/specifications with immediacy and accuracy. Ensures compliance with Health Department codes and regulations.
