JOB SUMMARY: This position is under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager (Chef), and is located at The Stables Casino. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and arranging food in accordance with kitchen guidelines. This individual will not only understand and utilize proper food safety protocol but will also exercise caution when utilizing kitchen utensils and equipment. A Line Cook will maintain an efficient food operation by preparing hot and cold food items in accordance with production requirements, recipes and established safety policies and procedures.
