About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in our awesome kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Requirements

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Proficient knife skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and portion sizes
Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Prepping all food items per our standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
