Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook (2–3 years strongly preferred)
Excellent knife skills and an eye for detail in food preparation and presentation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
A passion for seafood and commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality dishes
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and respect in the kitchen

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an upscale-casual or fine-dining kitchen environment, preferably with seafood or raw bar dishes is a PLUS
Familiarity with high-volume, scratch kitchens and ability to work across multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry)
Ability to execute dishes consistently and efficiently, following recipes and plating standards

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications, focusing on seafood and raw bar offerings
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep instructions to ensure consistency and quality
Assist with daily prep tasks, including cleaning, chopping, and organizing ingredients
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team atmosphere
