About The Position

Phoenix Country Club, private Club located downtown Phoenix, is looking for full-time Line Cooks. The ideal candidate will prepare food to the Club specifications and set up their station for success. Line cook duties will also consist of assisting others with their daily tasks. The successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to our members and guests' satisfaction. Pay starts at $20 per hour. Must have three years of experience, be a team player and good knife skills. Great atmosphere. Competitive compensation. Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, life & 401K. Valid Food Handler's Card required.

Responsibilities

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Answer, report and follow all operational instructions.
Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
