About The Position

Our team of line cooks are the heart of our business which is why refer to the kitchen as the Heart of the House. Responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as determining the portion food products prior to cooking. We take our line cooks to the next level and teach them how to ensure final plate preparation is in alignment with Phil’s way which includes plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
