About The Position

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will be cooking on the line to prepare menu items for our hotel restaurant, Hull & Mason. You will operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment such as the deep fryer, broiler, stove, and flat top grill in order to prepare food of consistent quality and following recipe cards and guest requests.

Requirements

  • Prior line cook experience is preferred.
  • proper knife handling skills
  • understanding of food safety/sanitation and various cooking methods
  • able to speak and read English
  • read order tickets and communicate with restaurant staff
  • team player
  • willing to pitch in and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth shift and satisfied guests
  • valid ServSafe (Food Handler) certification prior to your first day of work
  • available to work based on business demands, which will include weekends
  • complete the availability section of the application
  • PM line cook position
