About The Position

The primary duty of a Line-Cook is preparing food for customers. They may prepare breakfast items and individual orders like burgers, pizzas, salads, etc. This requires familiarity with cooking a variety of items to order, as well as managing food presentation and customization.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Take control of the breakfast and lunch service while ensuring guests receive a delicious and memorable meal
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast
  • Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic
  • Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • Ensure all food is always freshly prepared and on time
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared for the correct recipe and for the correct quantity
  • Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Supervisor
  • Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time that include painting, cleaning, etc. during off-season periods
