Jacksons Restaurant & Bar, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe located in Canonsburg is searching for a hardworking and versatile individual to fill the role of Line Cook. Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and willingness to assist where needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station.
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
