You will be an integral contributor in the evolution of our culinary culture in Lenox. Our culinary philosophy cultivates hand crafted artisan cuisine showcasing sustainable growing, sourcing and cooking techniques. These techniques provide for great ingredients simply prepared with health in mind while striving to remain locavore in nature. All aspects of our presentations will be clean while contributing to contemporary trends.
