The Line Cook is required to prepare the menu to the standards of service at Chook. They are responsible for the station’s workflow, cleanliness and timeless of preparation so all guests receive their food on time. They will also oversee the cooking and preparation process from start to finish to determine how much time is need to properly complete each item. Line Cooks will be trained on multiple stations, Hot Apps, Salads and Rotisserie. Chook has made a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule that may change often. Potential staff will need to communicate school, other work, and all other special schedule requests prior to the beginning of employment.
