Our Line Cooks build on their culinary experience to work multiple stations, plate quality dishes, and help keep the line running strong. At Bavarian Inn Restaurant, each season brings a different rhythm. Our current slower "off season" pace allows time for hands on training, learning our systems, and perfecting techniques. As we move closer to the holidays, our kitchen shifts into a fast paced, high-volume environment serving 3,000+ guests daily. We're looking for a Line Cook who can grow into the role now — and confidently handle the heat when the kitchen is at full speed.

Requirements

• Some kitchen experience required (line or high-volume preferred)
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to stay organized and keep pace during busy service
• Team-focused with a strong work ethic
• Ready to grow and take on more responsibility
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Minimum of 6+ months kitchen experience, high volume preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Able to follow recipes and adapt to menu changes.
• Capable of standing for 8+ hours and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare menu items across multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, broil)
• Plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Help maintain food quality, timing, and kitchen standards
• Support your team and keep service running smoothly
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
