As a Line Cook, you will spend your days cooking and presenting menu items in close cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team. You will prepare sauces, follow recipes, and assist with prep work to keep service running smoothly. Throughout each shift, you will ensure your station stays clean, organized, and fully stocked so you can focus on delivering excellent dishes to our guests.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of, or the ability to learn, food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while remaining calm
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
