The Position: Line Cook Prepare food to The Smith’s specifications Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Set up station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions Clean up station during and at the end of service Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
