Apply a variety of cooking techniques, such as grilling, broiling, searing, roasting, and sautéing, to create exceptional flavors and textures with finesse and attention to detail. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Effectively communicate to coordinate the timing and plating of dishes, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Assess foods for proper cooking by tasting, smelling, or using utensils to determine doneness. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs for a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
