Cooks Summary: Our cooks maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently, clean food preparation equipment and work area, organize, load and unload inventory, and put merchandise away. Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts. Some tasks may include ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station. In addition to preparing grilled foods, may also fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as part of their duties. May also cut or carve meat, assemble measure, and mix other ingredients for dishes. Responsible for cleanliness of all equipment and wares used.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.
  • Great problem solving and priority setting skills

Responsibilities

  • Emptying trash bins in dumpster
