The Cook is charged with preparing and planning breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. All while providing the highest level of service and support of the company’s mission, core values, standards, and goals. The cook will be working from either 11AM-7:30PM or 10AM - 6:30PM with an expectation of every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have knowledge of/ experience in the following: Strong Attention to Detail: ability to accurately demonstrate portion control, recipe adherence, and food quality. Strong Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks during busy service times. Effective Communication: working as part of a team: kitchen staff, servers, dining room staff, team members, and residents.
