Requirements

Experience working in a professional kitchen is a plus
Have great teamwork skills and attention to detail
Motivated and have exceptional time management skills
Able to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods entire shift
Food Handler’s Certification

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu requirements
Cook food and prepare menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Provide excellent customer service to customers and your team
